Job Summary
Manager Digital Product role leading data governance platform development for a healthcare-focused analytics ecosystem. Responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data governance (catalog, lineage, quality, policy enforcement) and ensuring adoption across data producers, stewards, and consumers. Collaboration with data engineering, software engineering, business intelligence, and stakeholders to translate governance needs into scalable platform capabilities that enable trusted insights and stronger organizational confidence in data. Reporting to Senior Manager, Digital Product within technology. Location focus includes multiple Work At Home states in the U.S. with fully remote work arrangements. Preferred qualifications include healthcare tech experience, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA), HIPAA/HITRUST, Snowflake, dbt, AI/ML tooling, ETL/data integration, and experience scaling governance platforms from pilot to enterprise adoption. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred. Pay range: $83,430 - $222,480 with benefits and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4+ years in product-based roles with emphasis on data products or platforms (governance, catalog, quality, or analytics platforms preferred)
- Experience defining and executing a data governance strategy from current-state assessment to capability roadmap and rollout
- Strong understanding of data governance concepts (data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, policy enforcement)
- Experience with data governance and analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Databricks Unity Catalog, or similar) is required
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to read data models, metadata, and lineage representations
- Proven ability to drive platform adoption across data producers, stewards, and consumers including change management
- Experience defining and tracking success metrics for governance work (adoption, coverage, data quality) and using data to prioritize investments
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
