Job Summary
Manager, Digital Media responsible for developing and optimizing paid media campaigns across major platforms (paid search, paid social, and programmatic) and overseeing day-to-day performance of client accounts. The role includes hands-on campaign management, building complex campaigns, implementing testing methodologies, budget allocation oversight, and providing regular performance reporting with actionable insights. You will mentor and manage a small team (1-2 paid search specialists), collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, account management), and advise clients on best practices and trends. The position is remote or hybrid (1-2 days in office) and based in New York, NY or Nashville, TN, requiring EST or CST time-zone alignment. The candidate should have 4–6 years of digital advertising experience, strong hands-on experience with paid search (Google/Bing) and paid social or programmatic, and proven ability to manage campaigns independently while developing junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google/Bing)
- experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) and/or programmatic advertising
- 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a team of 1-3 people
- strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
