Job Summary
Create data-driven media scenarios to inform channel mix and budget allocation for multi-platform paid campaigns across Novelas, sports, and news verticals. Execute comprehensive paid media buys on social, digital, and CTV while optimizing performance and managing budgets effectively. Mentor a team of digital marketing specialists through performance feedback and QA, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, research, and analytics teams. Leverage tools like VideoAmp and Samba TV to measure tune-in effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support execution. Requires 4-6 years of experience in paid media and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency. Full-time, on-site in Miami.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in digital marketing with a focus on paid media
- Hands-on experience with SEM
- Experience with programmatic advertising (DV360)
- Experience with YouTube (Google ads)
- Experience with social media advertising platforms: Meta ads manager, TikTok Ads manager etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in mentoring and developing direct reports
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful paid media strategies that drive measurable results
- Flexibility: the desire and ability to pivot tactics in real-time
- A comprehensive understanding of integrated media planning and buying across all media channels (including paid social, devices and programmatic)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and making data-driven decisions
- Strong agency and media partner management and senior relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must be willing to work from our Miami office
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
