Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing best-in-class social media, email, and paid media campaigns to support SOA’s professional development offerings. Lead the development of a data-driven strategy, manage social media content and calendars, oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation (A/B testing, audience segmentation), measure campaign performance with analytics, and collaborate with Marketing/Communications, IT, and Finance. Lead vendor negotiations for marketing technology, set and monitor KPIs, and supervise the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to drive integrated digital channels (email, social, paid media, organic traffic). The role requires strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional partnership skills, with exposure to tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce/Personify, Eloqua, and Sprout Social. Office environment is flexible hybrid with travel as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing and digital marketing experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing direct reports
