Job Summary
Responsible for executing integrated digital communications across paid media and lifecycle channels, driving CRM growth, segmentation, personalization, and performance measurement; translates data into actionable recommendations; prepares executive-ready insights linking activities to revenue, ticket sales, and fan engagement; collaborates with cross-functional teams and external agencies; leads testing and optimization; seeks opportunities to improve marketing technology and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or integrated digital communications, with a strong focus on revenue-driven outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging platforms.
- Strong understanding of how paid media and lifecycle marketing work together to drive acquisition and conversion.
- Experience developing segmentation strategies and managing customer data to improve targeting and personalization.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and CRM platforms; experience with HubSpot or similar tools strongly preferred.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to synthesize performance data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support key events and campaigns.
