Job Summary
Manager, Digital Marketing, Loyalty leads Avion Rewards digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with Avion Digital, Marketing & Business partners to drive client growth and retention. Responsibilities include leading digital channel initiatives, executing campaigns, managing partner emails, optimizing email and landing pages, coordinating content and creative with an emphasis on A/B testing, building strong relationships with stakeholders, preparing BAU copy briefs, managing email campaigns via JIRA, analyzing research insights and program performance, and delivering strategic channel recommendations to enhance engagement and the client experience. The role requires guiding campaign execution, content excellence, proactive optimization, and acting as a trusted digital SME across email and related digital properties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business/Marketing/Technology/Analytics
- Typically, 5+ years of experience – or an equivalent combination of education and experience – in digital, related business functions, marketing or advertising
- Experience with web analytics reporting tools
- Solid knowledge of internet technologies, usability, accessibility, privacy
