Job Summary
Manager, Digital Marketing responsible for planning and executing brand upgrade strategies to strengthen Thermage's premium brand image through segmentation, targeting, and positioning; manage touchpoints across social media, search, owned media, and e-commerce; apply social platforms like Xiaohongshu to boost brand influence and engagement; monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies based on data; collaborate with medical aesthetic institutions to amplify marketing effects; requires a Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience, experience in consumer marketing or 2C digital marketing, strong marketing perception and innovative thinking, and good vendor-management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than five years of work experience
- Ability to lead projects independently
- Experience in consumer marketing or 2C digital marketing; understanding of consumer or healthcare market trends and needs
- Experience in social marketing or potential
- Ability to formulate effective marketing strategies based on consumer needs
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to manage vendors and coordinate internal resources
- Experience in consumer medical, healthcare, advertising industries preferred; luxury goods, cosmetics, medical and pharmaceutical industries can be considered
