Job Summary
Lead and expand Rockwell Automation’s technical professional services and consulting function for the LATAM region. Drive development, quality, and growth of consulting services; build and maintain relationships with executive and C-suite clients to support business transformation initiatives; shape service offerings, client strategies, pricing models, and profitability targets; oversee project execution, staffing, and capability development of the consulting team; collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align client needs with market dynamics and drive growth of the digital business; promote thought leadership across industries and technologies while maintaining the organization’s reputation as a trusted digital partner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Control & Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields)
- 5+ years of experience leading and delivering industrial digitalization programs and consulting engagements
- experience with technologies such as process optimization (APC/MPC), industrial DataOps, predictive maintenance, machine learning, artificial intelligence, machine vision, LLM and systems integration
- fluency in Spanish; English proficiency; willingness to travel ~30%
