Job Summary
Define and manage requirements for API integrations, vendor connectivity, and digital capabilities supporting benefit delivery. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital implementation initiatives across the Cardholder Benefits portfolio in LAC, coordinating activities from planning through launch and operational handoff. Translate business requirements into implementation plans, technical discussions, and user stories while prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, customer requirements, scalability, and feasibility. Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and vendor teams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. Partner with external vendors and internal teams to enhance digital benefit experiences, monitor adoption metrics, and drive alignment across varying priorities. Ensure secure, scalable execution of benefit solutions involving Mastercard platforms, banking applications, and third-party providers.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in project management, digital implementations, technical product management, product enablement, PMO, platform products, or related fields
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, digital platforms, authentication, eligibility, fulfillment workflows, and vendor connectivity
- Experience serving as a bridge between business and technology teams, comfortably engaging both technical specialists and senior business stakeholders
- Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical, commercial, operational, and external stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and driving execution in matrixed organizations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English
- Availability to be in the office 3 times per week
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
