Job Summary
Manager, Digital Content & Web Production leading the Drupal-based website team to deliver SEO-optimized, mobile-responsive web experiences. Oversees content production, CMS management, content calendars, and copywriting for main site/subsites; drives website redesign efforts and ensures alignment with brand standards. Partners with campus stakeholders and external full-stack agency; manages project workflows, quality assurance, and accessibility (WCAG). Focus areas include on-page SEO/AEO, site performance, analytics reporting (GA4), and collaboration with marketing campaigns. Requires strong CMS expertise (Drupal preferred), HTML/CSS, content/design sensibility, and excellent written and verbal communication to translate marketing goals into digital solutions. Hybrid role with two days in office in Boston, MA.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years in web production, digital project management, or content strategy
- Ability to write compelling copy tailored to specific audiences and campaign goals
- Keen eye for layout and understanding of modern digital design principles
- Advanced knowledge of Drupal (preferred) and Wordpress, Hubspot, or similar enterprise-grade CMS
- Strong command of HTML and CSS
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows using tools like Jira or HubSpot
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Moz, SERanking)
- Exceptional writing skills for diverse audiences and modern digital design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
