Job Summary
Manager, Digital Acquisition role focused on driving adoption of digital learning solutions in the K–12 education space for Oxford University Press Education. Responsibilities include driving digital sales budgets for the assigned territory, promoting digital products, training the core sales team, conducting product demonstrations and workshops for qualified leads, building and managing a strong sales funnel, managing end-to-end sales cycles (proposal submission, negotiations, follow-ups, and securing orders), onboarding and deployment of digital products in adopting schools, and developing medium- to long-term partnerships with schools through integrated offerings. Collaborates with sales, operations, excellence, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. Requires strong consultative sales skills, customer-centric approach, knowledge of the EdTech domain, and willingness to travel. 5+ years of relevant industry experience and a graduate or postgraduate degree are preferred.
