Job Summary
Drive digital sales budgets for the assigned territory through structured planning and aggressive promotion of digital products; train and enable the core sales team on digital offerings to help them achieve digital sales targets; conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and promotional workshops for qualified leads; manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal submission, negotiations, follow-ups, and securing confirmation from schools; ensure timely conversion of orders into billing, followed by onboarding, deployment, and enablement of digital products in adopting schools; build medium- to long-term partnerships with existing and new school customers through integrated service offerings; track new institutions, courses, and emerging opportunities within the assigned territory; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution; travel as required to engage with schools and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-centric approach
- Good understanding of the K–12 education market, including print and digital/online segments
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of the EdTech domain
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to travel as required
- Strong knowledge of the assigned territory/market
