Job Summary
Manager Dialysis oversees and coordinates dialysis clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinic Administrator, supervising staff, managing scheduling and payroll discussions, developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality of care. Responsible for budgeting, EMR and NHSN/Crown Web oversight, liaison with physicians and medical directors, and ensuring adequate supplies. Leads the Dialysis Quality team to meet local, state, and federal requirements and supports staff development and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
- 3-5 years dialysis management experience
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for outpatient dialysis facilities
