Job Summary
Oversee all technical and clerical staff in the Imaging Services department under the Director's direction. Manage workflows to ensure safe and effective patient care while supervising technical procedures, Quality, JCAHO, and State requirements. Directly responsible for the management of all services related to assigned operations. Requires a Bachelor's Degree obtainable within two years of hire, along with specific national certifications in MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or Radiologic Technology, plus BLS certification. Candidates must have 2-5 years of healthcare experience including 4 years in management. Full-time day shift role at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree for existing caregivers must obtain within 2 years of hire date
- Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Profession
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
- National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Certification from American Registry for Radiologic Technologists
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification
- California Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit
- California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification
- National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment with 4 years Management experience
Desired Qualifications
