Job Summary
Oversee all technical and clerical staff in the Imaging Services Department under the Director's direction. Manage technical procedures, Quality, JCAHO, and State requirements while ensuring safe and effective patient care workflows. Direct management of all services related to assigned operations within the Imaging Admin department. Requires 6 years of healthcare experience including 4 years of supervisory experience, along with specific certifications in diagnostic radiologic technology, fluoroscopy, or therapeutic radiologic technology, plus a Bachelor's degree for existing caregivers. Full-time day shift position at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Bachelor's Degree
- Environmental orientation within 30 days of hire
- Unit specific competency within 90 days of hire
- California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification
- California Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit
- California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification
- National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- 6 years' experience in a healthcare environment
- 4 years of supervisory experience
