Job Summary
Coordinate all technical operations of the diagnostic imaging department, including patient services, scheduling, finance, and equipment. Ensure timely processing of emergent procedures while monitoring the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). Supervise diagnostic imaging personnel through recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Manage quality assurance, recommend new technologies, and oversee departmental budgets and capital projects. Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, state, and federal regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of technologist experience, and ARRT certification in ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), ARRT(MRI), ARRT(M), or Nuclear Medicine. Full-time day shift position in Northern California.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Certification or licensure in one of the following areas: ARRT(R) or ARRT(CT) or ARRT(MRI) or ARRT(M), or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with ARDMS or Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
