Job Summary
Manage diagnostic imaging services, including CT scan, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound operations, ensuring service delivery, personnel management, and resource allocation under the director. Direct supervision of full-time employees and supervisors across diagnostic departments while overseeing fiscal management, human resources, and regulatory compliance. Maintain CT and ARRT licenses, fluoroscopy permits, and BLS/MAB certifications to support patient care in an 117-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility serving the San Gabriel Valley community.
Required Qualifications
- A.A. Degree in Radiology Tech or equivalent approved A.M.A. program
- CRT License and Fluoroscopy Permit
- Valid California State Certification license in unlimited diagnostic radiology services
- CT and ARRT License
- Current AHA-BLS, MAB
- Proficiency in PACS
- Must be computer literate
- Must have good communication as well as writing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Four to five years in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Knowledge of imaging department operation
- Knowledge of fiscal management skills, human resources management and familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards preferred but willing to train the right individual
