Job Summary
Generate $500,000+ in annual revenue through peer-to-peer events, corporate partnerships, and donor cultivation across Louisville, Lexington, Toledo, and Erie. Recruit, steward, and retain event committee members while managing logistical details, printing, and promotional materials. Collaborate with Event Experience, Care Services, and MarCom staff to execute face-to-face meetings, phone, and email outreach. Represent the organization at community events and ensure smooth integration of Association standards. Operate within budgetary guidelines and support the Managing Director and territory team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in fundraising, event management, volunteer development and management, public relations, donor cultivation and relations, corporate sponsor cultivation
- Skilled at managing participants in an online fundraising platform; ability to run reports and analyze data to build strategic outreach plans
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to communicate both orally and in writing in a timely and effective manner to multiple constituencies
- Strong follow-up and follow-through
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in working with sensitive, confidential records and information
- Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of computer programs in a Windows environment, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly train and use a donor database (such as Salesforce and Blackbaud)
- Insured driver with access to an insured vehicle
- Must be available for frequent travel throughout the territory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, Tableau, Greater Giving, and Spekit a plus for producing and/or editing program-specific materials, running reports, and accessing training
