Job Summary
Lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls activities for RES Americas development businesses across the U.S. and Canada. Serve as the key finance partner to development teams, supporting month-end and year-end reporting cycles, due diligence, and deal execution. Drive process improvement, ERP system governance, and audit readiness while managing direct reports and fostering team accountability. This role requires a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, and 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in IFRS. The position offers a base salary of $102,500 - $128,100 and is located in a hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of IFRS accounting experience
- 2+ years of Management or Supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with IFS or a comparable ERP system
- Renewable energy or infrastructure experience
