Job Summary
Manager role responsible for leading and developing teams within a large subset of sales/operations or an administrative services sub-function. Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan to align with organizational strategies, establish and maintain management and communication practices supporting change management, talent attraction and retention, and employee engagement, and represent the organization while ensuring member and client satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience; fluency in French and intermediate English required.
