Job Summary
Oversee shift management and ensure Papa John’s standards by leading a team, making quality decisions, and fostering pride and accountability. Responsible for training and communicating quality standards, driving sales through customer service and local marketing, managing inventory and costs, and ensuring safety, security, and compliance. Aimed at developing the competencies required to advance to General Manager, with a focus on teamwork, profitability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience
- Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
