Job Summary
Coordinate criteria and facilities programs for assigned projects while managing design consultants, proposals, and project objectives. Conduct design reviews, site visits, and market surveys to ensure brand compliance, operational acceptability, and adherence to standards. Provide project design quality assurance services, including internal committee approval, plan review, and construction observation, while presenting developed schemes for senior team approval. Manage project communications with owners, franchisees, and internal stakeholders, and assist in negotiating design changes within approved budgets. Maintain working knowledge of evolving design directions and brand specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in architecture and project management firm or related field for large commercial and/ or hospitality projects
- Knowledge of hospitality developments including BOH planning
- Proficiency in reading and understanding hotel layouts
- High proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) in English and Arabic
- 4 year undergraduate degree in Architecture or related design discipline
- Location in Dubai
- 40% business travel
