Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Optimization Manager, you will solve complex supply chain challenges through advanced modeling, analytics, and optimization techniques. Responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data, developing optimization models, collaborating cross-functionally to define project scopes, leading supply chain modelling projects, and presenting insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience in supply chain optimization or management. Strong analytical skills and supply chain modelling capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain optimization, supply chain management, logistics, or network design
- Strong analytical and supply chain modelling skills, combined with stakeholder communication and problem-solving capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with supply chain modelling tools such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru, or similar optimization tools
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, Access, or databases, including data validation and cleansing
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems such as SAP (R/3 or S/4), WMS, or TMS
- Experience working in global supply chain environments and managing multiple concurrent projects
