Job Summary
Contribute actively to OEM business development by improving market share and maintaining close business relationships with identified OEMs. Prepare technical and commercial quotations including cost calculations, identify product gaps, and coordinate with product management and engineering to meet sector needs. Coordinate with order execution and purchase departments for post-order activities, prepare customer QCPs, and facilitate frequent visits to OEMs for nurturing the business. Ensure OEM delight through coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- OEM Business development experience
- Market share improvement in OEM segment in India
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance and growth of close business relationships with identified OEMs
- Promotion of existing and new products of KSB in the OEM market
- Preparation of technical and commercial quotations including cost calculation
- Identification of product gaps for the sector
- Collaboration with product management and engineering departments
- Coordination with order execution and purchase departments for post-order activities
- Preparation of customer QCPs
- Coordination with QA and PMPS departments
- Frequent visits to OEMs for business nurturing
