Job Summary
This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of depositary professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. You will oversee team performance, provide technical guidance on complex depositary matters, and drive continuous improvement in processes and controls. The role requires strong stakeholder management, effective risk oversight, and the ability to develop team capabilities while maintaining regulatory standards and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
- At least 5+ years of experience in depositary operations or financial services
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to lead teams, manage workflow and capacity, conduct performance reviews, and drive operational excellence
