Job Summary
Lead and develop a depositary-operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery with strong regulatory compliance and risk oversight. Drive continuous improvements in processes and controls, manage stakeholder relationships, and coach team members to meet SLAs and performance objectives. Proficient in Excel and collaboration tools; preferred CPA/CFA qualifications noted as advantageous. Hybrid work setup in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in depositary operations or financial services (preferably within a multinational, financial services, or shared services environment)
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to lead teams, manage workflow and capacity, conduct performance reviews, and drive operational excellence
