Manager, Demand Planning

Job Summary
Lead a team of demand planners to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts by managing the end-to-end Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Own and direct the demand planning process using data, analytics, and business inputs to maintain an 18-month rolling forecast period. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on a consensus plan, facilitate monthly SIOP meetings, and communicate risks and opportunities. Analyze forecast accuracy to drive continuous improvement actions and support implementation of planning systems and digital tools. Implement and standardize forecasting processes to support promotional alignment and New Product Development. This role ensures alignment across commercial, supply chain, and financial objectives while advancing technology-enabled planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning or SIOP/IBP processes
- Experience leading or mentoring planning teams
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
- Experience with JDE, Planning Analytics, or other IBP and advanced forecasting tools
- Ability to analyze, manipulate, and gain insight from that data, including data visualization tools i.e. Power BI
- Ability to communicate effectively at executive levels
- Familiarity with causal, time series, and machine learning forecast models
- Expected Travel up to 10%
