Manager - Demand Planning

Job Summary
Lead demand planning to improve the accuracy and reliability of the Demand Plan by cleaning historical orders, generating baseline forecasts, and managing exceptions to enhance supply chain responsiveness. Produce bottom-up Forecasts using baseline and event uplifts, present at regional/branch MFR meetings to achieve consensus on four-month forecasts, maintain APO forecast profiles for SKU-DC combinations, communicate gaps and drive resolutions to Branch Managers, and ensure freshness of products through phase-in/phase-out management and coordination with Sales and SCM. Responsibilities include weekly exception management, accuracy of demand plan at CD level, and maintaining learning logs of major events for reference in future volume planning; require strong analytical, forecasting, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning/branch supply chain
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on proficiency in data analytics tools
- Exposure to forecasting systems like SAP APO is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple time horizons (short/medium/long-term planning)
