Job Summary
The Demand Planning Manager - COE oversees the development and maintenance of supply chain planning processes, collaborating with various teams to drive productivity and data quality. Responsibilities include managing standard operating procedures, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing planning systems like SAP ECC and Power BI, facilitating change management, and acting as a liaison between IT and the Enterprise Planning team. A Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in supply chain roles are required.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience in a Supply Chain Role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 + years previous experience in Demand Planning
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Previous experience working with an ERP System required. SAP preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Power BI, Envision, & Mexvision.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Self-motivated
- Highly Collaborative
- Experience with Campbell's Demand Planning
