Job Summary

Design and own end-to-end, revenue-driven demand generation campaigns across verticals. Build a repeatable system to plan, launch, and scale campaigns aligned to business priorities; own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and optimize performance; improve lead flow and Sales alignment for higher conversion. Activate channels and content with aligned messaging, targeting, sequencing, and assets; define measurement frameworks and track performance across campaigns and funnel stages. Leverage tools, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled practices to accelerate planning, personalization, targeting, testing, execution, insights, and automation. Demonstrate accountability for pipeline volume, velocity, and conversion; collaborate cross-functionally with vertical leads, content, ABM teams, and Sales to ensure high-quality pipeline and handoff. Maintain familiarity with KPI metrics such as % pipeline contribution, channel conversion rates, MQL quality, and automation-driven productivity; comfortable forecasting and defending performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with campaign orchestration and analytics platforms
  • Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline-generating marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnel mechanics (lead scoring, lifecycle, conversion optimization)
  • Experience designing multi-channel campaigns tied to revenue outcomes
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance
  • Experience aligning closely with Sales on pipeline quality and handoff processes
  • Ability to operate both strategically (campaign design) and tactically (execution & optimization)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with vertical leads, content and ABM teams
  • Comfort owning targets, forecasting contribution, and defending performance
  • Experience with vertical leads, content and ABM teams
  • 5+ years of direct experience in related field
  • Education: Degree preferred but not required
