Job Summary
Lead daily department operations by ordering and maintaining inventory, validating received orders for quality and count, and managing team stocking, production, and date-sensitive rotation. Execute weekly and period Flight Plans, implement work schedules with labor and overtime controls, and monitor department goals and forecasts. Conduct performance management and career development for associates while ensuring strict adherence to food safety, safety guidelines, and Prime Time standards. Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Required) or Equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Ability to work in a varied temperature retail store environment
- Ability to be exposed to outside weather conditions
- Ability to work in a low to moderate noise level environment

- Two years of retail experience preferred
- One-year supervisory experience preferred
