Manager, Debt Capital Markets

Debt Capital Markets Manager role focusing on transaction execution support for DCM deals, including preparing pitch books, term sheets, and investor presentations, coordinating due diligence and approval processes with legal/compliance/syndicate teams, tracking deal timelines, and performing issuer credit analysis through financial statements and rating agency data. Responsibilities also include market updates, comparable issuance analysis, pricing benchmarks, and assisting senior bankers with client pitches and relationship materials, maintaining deal pipelines and internal reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent English and Cantonese communication skills (Mandarin a plus), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Minimum 2-5 years in banking/financial services and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
