Job Summary
Oversee Dealer and Service Network Operations, retrofit program execution, service center setup, dealer & franchise partner management, capacity and inventory coordination, quality assurance and continuous improvement, and performance/customer experience. Lead retrofit and after-sales operations across COCO and FOFO/DODO centers; drive operational performance, ensure SOPs and KPIs; manage cross-functional teams; coordinate with dealer principals and partners; scale service centers and new city launches; ensure inventory health; drive QA and process improvements; monitor service KPIs and improve customer handover; train technicians and dealer teams. Bengaluru-based role focused on expanding and optimizing after-sales operations for the EV charging ecosystem (e^pack and e^pump).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry
- Strong understanding of retrofit processes and quality assurance standards
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational planning tools
- Experience in Automotive /3W cargo or passenger is preferred
