Manage daily office operations and lead a team to achieve goals in servicing and maintaining relationships with automobile dealer clients. Conduct monthly regular sales meetings while providing continuous guidance to optimize team and individual performance. Forge long-term authentic customer-first relationships and orchestrate innovative ways of collaborating with other teams. Develop, mentor, and inspire team members to always think customer-first when handling concerns. Requires an Insurance broker Level 2 license and minimum 2 years of leadership experience. 40-hour work week with a short-term incentive program.
