Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily store operations for the self-service fresh products section, managing staff training and client service standards. Monitor inventory levels, place necessary orders for permanent stock and promotions, and analyze assortment data including new introductions, removals, and shrinkage rates. Control product rotations and ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. A starting salary of 2600€ gross per month plus a 13th-month pay and participation/bonus is offered. This role supports the Groupement Mousquetaires network, which features 7 stores and 160,000 employees, focusing on French-made premium and organic private-label offerings.
