Job Summary
The Manager supports the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, supervising Shift Leaders and Team Members to ensure tasks and duties are completed efficiently, training staff per the DHC Program, coordinating scheduling, maintaining cleanliness and safety, handling guest concerns professionally, and upholding company policies. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, event and shift execution, cash handling, cost controls, and excellent guest service to sustain consistent operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English
- Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team
