Job Summary
Lead global data scientists and engineers to build, deploy, and scale machine learning models that drive actionable post-market product performance data. Oversee the design, validation, and deployment of analytics while guiding experimentation, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis initiatives. Drive adoption of data architecture standards, enforce data governance and regulatory compliance policies, and execute the data science roadmap. Report product metrics and patient risk data to senior leadership to identify improvement areas. Manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, ensuring high-quality, reliable data access and timely escalations in a mission-critical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree in a technical discipline
- 8-12 years of industry experience
- 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
- Current expertise in GCP functions
- Current expertise in Big Query
- Expertise in DBT
- Expertise in SQL
- Expertise in Python
- Experience with GitHub or similar version control software
- Must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km)
