Job Summary
Technical engineering leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling end-to-end data pipelines that power Domino’s digital ecosystems across Digital Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Architect scalable batch and real-time data solutions with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Confluent Kafka; own data integration, transformation, and serving layers; drive data product contracts, governance, and semantic consistency; mentor and grow a team of engineers; partner with stakeholders to deliver trusted, AI-ready data foundations and measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Production experience building and operating streaming data solutions (Confluent Kafka or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with SQL Server, cloud data warehouses, and NoSQL databases in enterprise environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- Deep technical expertise with at least one major cloud data platform — Databricks strongly preferred
