Job Summary
Define the enterprise Data Posture Monitoring strategy, target-state architecture, and global implementation roadmap covering endpoint, email, Microsoft 365, cloud, SaaS, network, and insider-risk channels. Lead vendor-neutral technology evaluation, proof-of-concept planning, and platform adoption while partnering with data discovery teams to integrate sensitive-data context into DLP design. Establish cross-functional execution plans with Security, Legal, Privacy, HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders to oversee phased rollouts and define integration requirements for SIEM, SOAR, and identity platforms. Provide senior oversight for data-loss and insider-risk incidents, develop executive reporting on risk reduction, and manage program budget and vendor relationships. Recruit and mentor the DLP team to build a scalable operating model for global monitoring and incident response.
