Job Summary
Lead enterprise application architecture and engineering initiatives by designing Large Language Model and Agentic AI solutions, building intelligent automation, and architecting cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services. Create reusable platforms, frameworks, and APIs while modernizing solutions using microservices and event-driven designs. Advance DevSecOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code practices to establish architecture standards for security and scalability. Mentor engineers, develop technical leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. Communicate technology strategy to diverse stakeholders. Requires 13+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience, including proven leadership of high-performing teams and delivery of production-grade Generative AI solutions. Schedule is 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms into production

- Experience with financial services or regulated industries
- Enterprise and end-to-end solution architecture
- Cloud-native and distributed application design
- Microservices and event-driven architectures
- Amazon Web Services cloud services and platform engineering
- Containers, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices
- Python, Java, and Spring Boot development
- REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, SQL, NoSQL, and enterprise data platforms
- Front-end architecture using Angular, React.js, TypeScript
- Strong technical leadership and people management skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication
- Strategic thinking and sound decision-making
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
