Job Summary
Lead centralized data operations governance and scalable reporting across regions. Define and govern KPI definitions and data standards, ensure consistent data usage and centralized datasets are accurate and ready for reporting. Drive process standardization, automation, and AI-driven scalability initiatives; coordinate Data Associates within the GCC structure and partner with Business Analysis leadership to translate business needs into scalable operational processes. Actively support operational execution, data transformations, and issue resolution while maintaining documentation, backup readiness, and continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in data operations, reporting governance, or business data management
- Ability to coordinate both operational execution and process governance
- Experience coordinating centralized operational processes across multiple stakeholders or regions
- Strong understanding of reporting logic, KPI governance, and data standardization
- Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance operational execution with long-term scalability
- Experience in coordinating teams (Data Associates) and providing backup support in peak periods
- Familiarity with BI/reporting environments and data transformation processes
