Job Summary
Manager, Data Management, Enablement, Analytics & Insights responsible for supporting data governance and analytics initiatives within a global compliance program. Lead data sourcing, validation, governance, and reporting to enable transparency, risk monitoring, and informed decision-making. Collaborate with IT, data and analytics teams, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, implement “compliance by design” in new systems and processes, develop standard reports and dashboards, identify process improvements and automation opportunities, and assist with issue resolution related to data quality and system challenges. Focus areas include healthcare compliance data (eg, healthcare professional interactions, third-party relationships, financial/transactional activity), data standards documentation, and alignment with risk-based compliance activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience; travel up to 10–15% and strong cross-functional communication skills. Note: position may be posted across multiple countries and requisition numbers to align with local requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Compliance, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in data management, analytics, reporting, compliance operations, or related roles in a regulated environment
- Experience with structured data, reporting tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with compliance, IT, data, and business teams
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel up to 10–15% domestically
