Job Summary
Manager Data Management leads and executes data management projects, advises on data governance, quality, and master data management, strengthens data architectures and tooling, and collaborates across multidisciplinary teams within KPMG’s AI & Data practice. Responsibilities include delivering datamanagement solutions, supporting clients to improve data quality and governance, staying current on data management/AI trends, and sharing knowledge within an international community. Requires a completed HBO/WO degree, 4+ years of data management experience, Dutch and English communication skills, and an affinity for AI with a proactive leadership mindset.
Required Qualifications
- A completed HBO- or WO-level degree in a relevant field
- At least 4 years of experience in data management projects, preferably as a consultant or similar roles within data offices
- Basic knowledge of data management concepts such as governance, data quality, and MDM
- Affinity with data architecture and tooling
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Affinity with (generative) AI and motivation to apply this technology in daily work
- Proactive attitude and ambition to grow into a leadership role
