Job Summary
Hands-on role building and deploying LLM-powered automation solutions that transform clinical data operations. Design and develop AI agent-based automation across Clinical Data Management operations; build and deploy LLM-powered agents to automate workflows in data ingestion, quality management, reporting, and study operations; develop automation for complex clinical processes such as query generation, reconciliation, deviation detection, and data review; support regulatory and inspection readiness by automating documentation, audit trails, and data validation; develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines to process data from EDC systems and external vendors; develop ML models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and data quality monitoring; implement data reconciliation and validation frameworks across multiple clinical data sources; collaborate with IT and platform teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems; contribute to AI governance, validation, auditability, and compliance with regulatory standards; share knowledge and support AI adoption and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
- 7–9+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related domains
- Experience building or deploying AI or LLM-based solutions (preferably in a regulated environment)
- Exposure to clinical data, healthcare, or life sciences domain is preferred
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in data pipelines and automation
- Experience with machine learning concepts such as anomaly detection and predictive modeling
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and support technical delivery
