Job Summary
Manager, Data Lake Operations to lead day-to-day operations of Regeneron’s clinical data lake in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include monitoring data pipelines, overseeing ingestion from lab, eCOA, imaging, biomarker, and vendor data, designing a standardized clinical data model to support reporting and analytics, building data marts for downstream systems (Safety, CTMS, risk-based monitoring), and driving data governance (cataloging, lineage, metadata). Develop automation frameworks using Python for data transformation, validation, and reconciliation; design SQL-based data quality checks; collaborate with Biostatistics, Safety, Clinical Sciences, and IT; and manage and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts to deliver high-quality data products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
- 7–9+ years of experience in data engineering, clinical data management, or related domains
- At least 2+ years of team management or technical leadership experience
- Experience with clinical data systems and standards preferred
