Manager, Data Engineering

Data Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to design, build, and manage scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using GCP tools (CloudFunctions, CloudRun, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Data Fusion); building and supporting AI/GenAI data workflows including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and pipelines for LLM applications; data integration and storage in BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL; data transformation with SQL, Python, or Spark; ensuring data quality, monitoring, and governance; collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting architectures; and leveraging CI/CD and security best practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering; certifications such as GCP Data Engineer or Associate Cloud Engineer are preferred but not mandatory. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and delivering complex projects on time with stakeholder alignment.
