Job Summary
Hands-on data leader to drive enterprise data solutions, analytics innovation, and AI-enabled insights. Lead and mentor Data Engineers and Data Analysts; drive Agile/Scrum delivery; design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based data platforms; build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines, semantic models, and reporting solutions; establish governance, testing, deployment, and security standards; oversee production operations, monitoring, and incident response; partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and AI-driven solutions; strong focus on Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (Fabric lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines, semantic models, OneLake, Power BI integration) with cloud experience in Azure/AWS; SQL and Python skills; experience with data modeling, governance, and scalable analytics frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or enterprise analytics delivery
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and driving successful delivery outcomes
- Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with modern data architectures
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Fabric lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines, semantic models, OneLake, and Power BI integration
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale analytics solutions within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, with preference for Azure-native data technologies
- Strong understanding of ELT/ETL development, data modeling, governance, and scalable analytics frameworks
- Python experience preferred
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Passion for data quality, governance, AI-enabled analytics, and modern scalable data platforms
