Manager, Data Engineer

Lead the design and delivery of scalable data models and architectures on cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) to support analytics and BI. Implement ETL/ELT pipelines, data validation and cleansing, migrate existing data infrastructure to Snowflake, assess and mitigate data pipeline risks, and drive data engineering projects that deliver business value. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions, enable automated analytics workflows for reporting, establish governance and controls for data and processes, and guide junior engineers. Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data handling in investment management domains, and experience building interactive data applications (e.g., Streamlit, Databricks Apps) to improve data accessibility and user experience is a plus.
