Job Summary
The role involves providing business-as-usual support for the Group Application Data Platform, including managing, developing, optimizing, and testing data pipelines in accordance with agreed SLAs. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, resolving operational issues related to data availability and refresh, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of data pipeline management. The candidate should have experience with data pipeline management and be able to work with tools like PowerBI and Alteryx. Standby and weekend work may be required to meet critical reporting timelines.
