Manager, Data Center Operations

Data Center Operations Manager to build the function from zero. Own white space fit-out and commissioning of new clusters, establish smart hands and break-fix functions including hiring and playbooks, and run a multi-site portfolio from build through live. Responsible for vendor and integrator management (e.g., Supermicro, NVIDIA), coordinating with network engineering on InfiniBand/interconnects, and setting scalable site standards to enable rapid growth to gigawatt-scale capacity. Will design, fit-out, and commission white space across owned and colocation sites (PDU/CDU/busway/in-row cooling/high-density power); build the smart hands and break-fix teams; manage vendor schedules and specifications; and own technical calls related to rack layout, cooling topology, cable plant, power redundancy, and serviceability. Requires deep experience in data center operations, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead an organization through ambitious deadlines while maintaining control across multiple sites.
